If it's for the first interview, then state that you really appreciate that they considered you and say that you will attend it on the specified date and time... If it's for a call back, then you don't have to prepare the letter... Just make sure you are prepared as the interviewer might ask tough questions now...

No need to reply. Simply attend the interview on the specified date,time and place with all your testimonials fully prepared for the job requirements.
