we have not had sex for a few weeks,im 32 my oyfriend is 37 and every time i want to make love he always says his back hurts,he has 3 displaced discs so i would like to know if that is a good reason not too do something,we have also been together 4 1 yr before he did not have this problem is he cheating on me?how can i tell???

I have a friend that has been without a job for some time. He does not have a license because he did not have enough $$ to pay for his tickets and so license was suspended and now he needs 1000.00 to reinstate. No one will hire him w/o license so he has no $$. He has no family and his girlfriend (who lives across the street) dumped him and he has no place to go. He was evicted from his place last weekend and has basically been staying with her. He is homeless now with no place to go. He came over crying to me because he is in such bad financail shape and he is severly depressed. I mean this guy was balling. I need help and I know he could go to Salvation Army for shelter and means, but that does not solve a long term issue. Should I raise money for him. I am an avon rep. I need some help with this one because I hate to see him like this. He is a hard worker but he has no family, and no friends, nothing. Help!!!

Will NATO continue this failed policy of dropping leaflets warning civilians to leave the area. This gives the Taliban time to dig in, just like it gave the Hezbolah lots of warning when the Israelis dropped their leaflets.
If you warn the enemy you're coming, isn't that kind of stupid? I say carpet bomb everyone and like the Britrish did to the German city of Dresden in WW2. The war soon ended. Use all the weapons you have. Nuclear if that what it takes.

have u ever just been so sure that u were meant for someone but they didnt agree with you? i say this because I feel almost certian that I am supposed to end up with matt. But he doesnt feel the same way for a couple of stupid reasons. he wants his relationship to be perfect. He strives for that perfection so automatically that cuts me out. In the past he has said that I was everything he always wanted. That was in the beginning & every once in awhile he will say something like that. He says that I need to be 18 well thats in 9 months & need to be fit & I am working on that. I know that I will be the size I want to be by my senior prom, not for him but for me. Although it would be a major plus if I got him. Im just afraid that while these changes accure that he is going to find someone that is ready & in his mind, is perfect. Call me selfish but I want him to think Im perfect & want me just the way I want him.

I had an account with wamu. Then someone tried to purchase my car with a fake check. And because of that, they closed my account. Then they made it publicly marked in records to all banks and now no bank will take me because all it says on the statement is fraud. It doesn't say that I wasen't the one who didn't write the check. Also because of this my other bank account with usbank closed and without telling me. So when it was time to pay off my credit card, bill pay was nonfuntioning, and the cards where never paid off. To make matters worse, late fees made it impossible to ever pay it off. How can I get rid of the late fees from the card and just pay off the card considering it wasen't my fault, and how can I force them legally to restore my credit? Any lawyers wanna represent me? Thanks.

when i am uploading more than 30 MB, to either oxyshare or rapidshared. my browser would time out, and later say "CAnnot find server." when i would refresh, nothing would have uploaded.

it happens both in IE and Firefox
