have u ever just been so sure that u were meant for someone but they didnt agree with you? i say this because I feel almost certian that I am supposed to end up with matt. But he doesnt feel the same way for a couple of stupid reasons. he wants his relationship to be perfect. He strives for that perfection so automatically that cuts me out. In the past he has said that I was everything he always wanted. That was in the beginning & every once in awhile he will say something like that. He says that I need to be 18 well thats in 9 months & need to be fit & I am working on that. I know that I will be the size I want to be by my senior prom, not for him but for me. Although it would be a major plus if I got him. Im just afraid that while these changes accure that he is going to find someone that is ready & in his mind, is perfect. Call me selfish but I want him to think Im perfect & want me just the way I want him.

I guess it just sucks to want someone who doesnt want u. I love him so much you know? It sucks to love someone so much that when u think about them ending up with someone else, you cant breathe & u cry. I started crying a couple of days ago because i was thinking about this.
I just want to quit doing stuff with him for awhile but so scared that if I dont give it to him then he will go somewhere else & this fear will happen sooner than what im ready for, as far as him finding someone else.
It just sucks cuz I didnt tell that many people because he asked me not to because of the whole christian aspect which I totally understand.
Im just so over whelmed & I really cant talk to him about this without him getting affended.
And I live with. He isnt trying to change as it may seem. I know that it would probably be like this either way.

Sounds like someone has a self esteem prob!!
If he dont like and want to be with you for who you are, maybe you should look else where.
If it is perfection that he is looking for, he will grow up a lonly person.
When you wake up and are totally happy with you for who you are, Mr right will be standing there looking at you.

Get rid of this egocentric arrogant baby boy, and put yourself out there for a real man. Real men understand that no one is perfect, because they can accept that they aren't either.

ummm he is using you!!!! don't you see it? he knows you'll give it to him. guys will say anything like that to get in your pants with no commitment. i'm not being a b#tch but get over him. he is just making excuses to not date you, but use you as a booty call instead. i've had this happen to me. the guy i was with was telling everyone i was his future girlfriend and that he loved me and all that bull. he left me and won't even talk to me now. it's all about the sex obviously. i'm sorry hun but you gotta move on. :-(

Trying to change yourself to win his affections is foolish. Don't rush to grow up. Don't get in better shape because of him, do it for you - you'll live longer and healthier, have a better sex life, and more good relationships all around.
