It sounds like he really has a back problem. Cut him some slack.

If he has 3 displaced disks, I'd say that's plenty of reason not to want to have sex. I've never had back problems like that before but, my dad had 1 slip disk and a pinched nerve in his back and he could barely move around cause he was in so much pain. He was out of work for like 6 months too. It's doesn't always mean someones cheating because the sex cools down. That just naturally happens after a while anyway. Don't worry too much over it. If he really loves you then he won't do that to you anyway. And if he's gonna do it he will no matter what you try to do about it. Good luck.

Well I can tell you a displaced disc is very painful and sometimes just causes you pain. I would not worry too much about it. If he has a slipped disc it is painful and having sex may cause him major discomfort..

My friend had 2 slipped disc. Sometimes she didn't want to leave her bed because she was in so much pain. People tolerate pain differently. Try convincing him to have sex with you in a different position. He may have just ended his sexual prime. He may just want to not have it so often. Try getting a dildo or toy.
Oh he might get jealous of the toy and want to have sex with you.

Oh back pain can be a real bummer on the sex life. He probably REALLY is in a lot of pain. If that's really the case, though, he should be in PT and taking medication for it instead of just withholding sex.

Who cares what the reason is, do you want a sex free marriage? No kids in the future? His failure to communicate with you what is really going on is a red flag too.

So, I say what is wrong with HIS fiance.

Try asking him if you can take care of his "needs". See what he says to that. Men are selfish. And if won't hurt him one bit if you're doing all the work. If he turns it down, look in to other reasons.

Is he going to a doctor or taking any pain medications or getting or looking for any other kind of treatment for his back problem?

I wouldn't overact too much just yet. Alone, it may be nothing, but if it's a part of a bigger picture, then maybe it will be time for a talk.
