I am and i was wondering how you cope and does your shyness stop you from doing what you want to do in life. Im ashamed to say i used my children alot when they were growing up to talk to people ie stewardess on a plane or a shopkeeper to ask for something i wanted. Is shyness something that we are taught to be as children or are we predisposed to be shy by our personalities.?

hey, i had a boyfreind and we were totally in love(at least i was) we broke up after 7 months because i travelled to study. he started giving me hints (whatever happens and even if we had to breake up i will never ever forget you,i will always love you.... bla bla bla).It was my first day in this new country, he called me and started telling me things like(i feel so lost, my family is controling me,do you think that we can still love each other?) so we broke up (i told him:if you cant love me anymore then we should breake up. he said YES!!!! )and this was the big shock for me.now it has been 5 months. help plz.

It might be because I'm a virgin, but I do not understand society's attachment to sex. Is it really that important in a relationship?Why isn't the ability to talk to someone for hours, endlessly about anything more important?

Isn't the emotional connection with someone most important?

Please enlighten me...it might be because I am a virgin, but I do not understand it. Some of my friends at university have rampant sex, yet many do not even like their sexual partners.....not even as friends or just people to socialize with.

well , i went to my confession father n i confessed n h told me everything is over , n i prayed n read in the bible n i have just come from church but still feel that god didnt forgive me till now or maybe it's just the sins still torment me till now , i still feel guilty .
