hey, i had a boyfreind and we were totally in love(at least i was) we broke up after 7 months because i travelled to study. he started giving me hints (whatever happens and even if we had to breake up i will never ever forget you,i will always love you.... bla bla bla).It was my first day in this new country, he called me and started telling me things like(i feel so lost, my family is controling me,do you think that we can still love each other?) so we broke up (i told him:if you cant love me anymore then we should breake up. he said YES!!!! )and this was the big shock for me.now it has been 5 months. help plz.

You can't be "totally in love" after 7 months. I can tall you that for sure. You can be very fond or be in lust or infatuated. Whatever. "How can i forget him"?? He can't even be your friend seeing how fast it took him to split. How can you forget that? And your first day in this new country? Sounds like you were looking for something or someone to grab and hold on to and he happened to come along. You were a new toy for him and he lost interest.
The best help for you right now is to focus on your schooling. You've become sidetracked, not concentrating, worrying about a boy, controlled by his family. Why is he standing in your way? Why are you letting him? Your future is your only goal at this point. You made the effort to go traveling so you could study. Now go do it.

Your ex sounds like he was after a full time girl friend not a long distance part time girl friend . he was after a girl to hold at night to see in person if he needed to. I can under stand this , I think you can to, but at the same time his attitude sucks big time .
If that is what he was after he should have told you before you left to begin your studies .
You wont forget him he is in your bags now he is your baggage you need to get a ticket for the next guy that passes by that you fancy and check your old baggage at the desk and move along with your life,
after all he if he cant see what he has lost then he doesn't deserve you right

If he comes back to u, give ur relationship a chance, but if he doesn't, just give it up. When u broke up with him, he accepted it and respected ur decision, keep ur side of the bargain, u dont want him to think u are flaky. Concentrate on your studies, if u were meant to be together, there will be ways for u to get back together without u looking desperate.

concentrate ur studies for now...im sure u forget him,it takes a while and needs more time.
but if u willing to do it then think about ur priorities...im sure u can find other man better than him...
