2 stupid gropu of people fight each other...and both of them think that they will get out alive !!!

It means two or more parties want the others to behave or think the way that they do, and that the best way to accomplish this goal is to force the others to do it. Sort of like when you watch little kids play on the playground, and they fight over something like a toy or swing. Unfortunately, those who wage the wars are usually powerful enough that a firm pat on the butt with a forceful no won't get them to stop and realize what they are doing is naughty.

For free people, to remain free. It's really good to give war a chance. It usually solves everything.
