Octopuses eat shrimp, lobsters, crabs, and snails. They eat by grabbing prey into their eight arms. Using their parrot-like mouth, they shred prey into small pieces that will fit into their mouths.

An octopus can regrow an arm if it loses one, (but the arm will not regrow an octopus; it will walk around for a bit and then die.)

I watched a ,video on google the other day. It was about some scientists that were trying to find what or who was leaving shark carcuses on th ocean floor ! They put cameras there and left them running over night. The next day when they watched the footage, to there disbelief, octupi, camoflage themselves on the ocean floor, and when a shark swims past they drag them down with their tentacles and devour them ! I couldn't beleive it, but its true.

crabs and other type crusteaceans. all members of the cephlapod family are incredible creatures nautilis octopus squid and cuttlefish but i would'nt want to be on the menu, scary!
