So we "need" imigrants because we natives are too "proud" to work in factories, pubs, McDonalds, as care assistants, cleaners etc.

I'm a native Briton with a University degree. I have done pub work, waitressing, cleaning and shop work when I needed to and there was nothing else.

My BF is trained mechanic as due to a shortage of jobs in the field is working as a barman on minimum wage.

I know LOADS of native Britons who are hospital cleaners, van drivers, bar staff, care assistants, work in MaccyD's etc. Most of them would prefer to earn £150-£200 a week in this way than scrape by on £59.50 dole a week.

Plus they stop your dole if you "refuse" work.

Any other "natives" who have done this kind of work? I know I can't be alone!!!

This guy shows what one has to do in order to feed his snakes using several different Humane methods. I post this to illustrate a point. Since we euthanize so many animals that are unwanted in shelters, why not sell those animals, dead of course to snake owners for food. That way, the shelter gets money in order to save more animals and mouse, rabbits, etc need not be killed in such a way, I'm sure vets can find a much more humane way of killing animals and still leave them edible to snakes. I don't believe the animals care once they die and you aren't wasting the meat. So here is the question, do you think this is a good idea? And two if yes, why don't we do it or is it just because of our own human prejudices for what we consider a pet?

If you don't believe in God that's fine (He still luv's you anyway), people are entitled to their own opinion and God isn't forcing you to believe in him. But for me, reading post from people who have something against God only strengthen my faith because it makes realize what a treasure I have in Christ. And you know what the weird thing is? Jesus said this would happen... I know it's the beatitudes when he said "blessed are you how are persecuted from My name sake." So fellow believers keep ure head up, Jesus warned us about this anyway. :)

Outside my office I overlook several buildings with flat roofs. Each of these roofs have gravel, or rocks, covering them. I can't see what the functionality is. In fact, the added weight would seem to be more a liability than anything!

I am now 3 days late and have some period like cramps, but no period i think it may be gas.. It comes and goes. I also have tender breasts and, increased urination and back cramps, i feel like i have been overeating and i actually have lost a couple of pounds. We know that the size of nucleus is very-very-small compared to the orbit of the electrons.

1 litre of water normally weight 1kg.

Hypothetically lets say we are able to remove these spaces and just have one litre of matter just created by packing only the nucleus next to each other with no space, lets just assume we strip off all the electrons. (do not worry about H2O, just think we are dealing with the nucleus of Oxygen)
I guess it might be too damn heavy......but would like to hear from experts.

someone i know is currently going to the hospital and getting exams because due to his frequent headaches(near the pituitary gland) and his recent head x-ray, the doctors think he has a type of sclerosis in his brain.
What i want to know is: If that is what he has, how did it get there, how will this affect him healthwize, does this mean he has to get operated on? Please explain.

we'll im 14 & pregnant... and when i told my boyfriend who is 16, he was saying oh we'll if you are i'm happy, and then when i told him i was, he freaked out and said abortion.. and he was saying how his father was going to kill him.. and then give or take and hour later.. he calmed down and we talked about it a little bit more.. then a day later i went to his house, and he asked me if we could go tell his dad.. and i didn't feel right.. because i dont want to tell my parents yet, and i know i should. But my mother said if i ever get preg. i would have to get an abortion, and I dont want that bc i don't believe in abortions.. and my mother thought i was on birthcontrol.. but i got preg on it, and so i stopped taking it.. and then my mom asked me about my birth control and i told her i stopped taking it and im not having sex.. but i lied.. and actually my boyfriend doesnt want a kid right now and i don't want him to leave me.. and don't know what to doo..
