it's one level unpacked scoop. So, fill it fully, but don't pack it down and fill it again. just scoop, level it off with a butter knife or finger, and that's the amount you need.

You scoop exactly, but make sure you do not pack it. The scoop should fill the scooper and be level at the top. If you use too much or too little it could hurt your baby's little tummy. Too little formula is bad since the baby is getting too much water.

If you're using powdered or concentrated liquid formula, follow mixing instructions on the label to the letter. Adding too much water dilutes the formula, which means your baby may not get all the nutrients or energy she needs. Too little water makes the formula too concentrated and difficult for your baby to digest.

Your measurements will be more accurate if you use a standard liquid measuring cup for the water rather than the markings on the bottle.

Different formulas may have different directions but my rule of thumb is to fill the scoop fully and then level it off.

the scoop should be level and you need to put the water in the bottle first and then add the formula!! Otherwise the water does not get measured accurately and you end up not adding enough water!

Exactly. I always follow the directions on the back of the can. If you don 't use the right amount of formula, you may risk not giving your baby ample nutrition.

Make it exactly level and unpacked. This means you should take the flat edge of a knife and level it out so that it is as exact as possible as per the directions on the container.

the scoops are suppose to be unpacked meaning: just dip the dipper thingy in the milk and pull it back out and the dipper should be over-filled with milk
