it's dangerous, because losing more than 2lbs a week is a bad risk to take. Drink more water and exercise...but dont burn yourself out

I've been or Herbalife for 10 days and I've lost 9 pounds. So it's possible. I feel good, both physically and emotionally, and once I started mixing the meal replacement shakes with their protein powder, I no longer have problems controling my appetite.

lay off of junk food, move a little more, push your plate back more, drink more water, no bread, no fried food-----is that enough tomake you sick---giving up all that??
