That's a dangerous amount to lose in a month. Typically, people can lose 1-2 pounds a week. You might lose 5 or so the first week, but 50 is... well, not a rational amount.
Remember, losing weight is burning more calories than you take in. Start walking, exercising (not crazy exercise, start slowly) and eat less (but balanced)
It might take....6 months to lose that kind of weight.

As much as we all want to hope and wish we can achieve amazing results like you are talking about, it simply is not possible. Liposuction is an option, but you will not even come close to that level of reduction of fat. Perhaps 2-3% reduction of body fat. Your weight would have you sitting well over 35% body fat, so again this will not help, but sculpt a small area of your body. You are going to have o go with the tried and true gradual reduction of food and increase physical exercise. At safe max levels, you are looking at a minimum of 25 weeks, (2 pounds a week, 1,000 calories per day reduction from current level). If you had correct supervision this could be perhaps expedited by another 7 weeks, but we call all see that the math is not working here. Keep your spirit up and remember consistency will get you there in the end.

You cannot.
It's like asking "what is the fastest way I can fly to Neptune?".
You will get alot of people saying "that's unhealthy!" etc etc.
What it comes down to is this: Its impossible.
Shoot for about 2 pounds a week average...but a little more in the beginning...probably 3 pounds or so a week. So, you are looking at around 6 months. So, is it possible to lose the weight?? Absolutely without a doubt.
Is it possible to lose it in a month? No. So, either you accept a 6 month timetable...or you come back here in a month or two saying:
"What is the fastest way i can loss (sic) 50 pound (sic) in a month?"

if you are really serious about it. this is what made me loose 75 in less than two months. First i stopped eating meat. I mean no meat . Also I stopped all sugary sweets. And i made myself exercise 30 minutes per day. Every day. It can be a simple as a fast walk or bike ride. But you have to do it everyday or you will not loose much weight. Anyone can loose weight but they have to really want to and tell yourself you won't give up. Do not look at the scale more than once a week. And the first week you will not loose much because you have just started to prepare your body. But you will be amazed what you lost the next week. keep it up. I was sad and depressed till i told myself i was going to be skinny and that i would not give in.

EXTREME surgery - 50 lbs. is way to much weight to loose in a month - your body will be unable to adjust properly and you will have horrible stretch marks and big folds of skin if you loose that fast. I lost 50 lbs over 4 months by running, daily, for 20-30 minutes. I also cut out fried food, soda pop, and fatty foods.

Top weight loss tips
Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.
* Be in right frame of mind
Before you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.
* Eat whole food
Top weight loss tips
Eat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.
* Eat fresh fruit
Eat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.
* Drink enough water
Drink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.
* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.
* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.
* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.
* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!
* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

I doubt you'll lose 50 pounds even through gastric bypass.... but naturally, if you want to lose wait. Eat less... but more often. You'll need to eat about 6 meals a day. They need to be about the size of your fist. Maybe slightly larger. Start when you first wake up till when you go to bed ever 3 hours you're eating. Your body will be forced to burn it... you may need to workout a bit as well.. but it works.

You shouldn't do that. It's dangerous to lose too much weight too fast. Talk to your doctor, join a gym, but lose weight safely. It will be much better for you in the long run.

thats not possible........dont expect it to happen or try to make it happen, the most you can safely lose depends on how overweight you are to begin with, but even if you had 200 lbs to lose and had gastric bypass you wouldnt lose 50 lbs in a month, and that surgery makes your stomach no larger than your thumb..............50 lbs in a month will not happen
