I like to stay really healthy by eating healthy and exercising, but for the past few weeks, I have been eating bad and not exercising. Now Im so tired and have a larger appetite and crave unhealthy food. Does anyone have any ideas how I can shock my body back into healthy mode? Or even some sort of "detox" that can be done ?

im a 22 year old female. my hair seems to be falling out like crazy for the past couple of months. its not like a clumpy falling out but everytime i run my hands through my hair at least 5 stands of my hair comes out with them. i should also mention that i have worn my hair in a tight pony tail for several years, and most times even wear it up when i sleep. i am also a cronic worrier. i worry about everything and my hair seems to be my lastest thing that i cant stop worring about. i used to be blond so i dont know if it always has been likethat and i just notice it more now because my hair is dark.....any advise would be greatly appraicated

Psychologists say that people will die for what they believe in unless they've been given proof that the belief is false. We won't die for something that we know is false. We especially wouldn't go through torture for something that we made up.

Many argue that Jesus was never resurrected, and that His followers only made up the story to start a church (?). Not that the argument isn't flawed in other ways, but I offer up the following:

With this in mind, think about the apostles of Jesus that were willing to die in horrible torturous ways defending their rabbi that they saw resurrected. Would you let someone skin you alive knowing that you'd made something up? Would you let them burn your or crucify you upside down? Would you sit in prison after prison simply because you talked about this event? I don't believe anyone would.

To me it is incredible the way you american treat people... I would really use stronger words to describe your %&#"&/? actitud but I am not like you. My grandmother, a 85 year old woman (from Spain) was going to be ARRESTED like a criminal when checking in at the airport just because she passed 5 days on her previous trip on and it was because of YOUR FAULT due to pilot strike a couple of years ago. How dare you people to arrest like a criminal a 85 year old woman and deport her???? It is a huge disrespect not just to a woman, to a old person... you people have no values to be racist. How come a police man tell her that she is a latin person breaking amercian law...

I have been dating this guy for about 6 weeks, we arent official yet...but getting along great. We talk or text at least once a day and see one another 1-2 times a week...We tend to talk on the phone for extended periods of time, last night we talked for 2 hours. I know that if a guy didnt want to talk he just wouldnt, right? I know he is interested in me, but is it a good sign if he stays on the phone with me late at night talking about nothing? How much talking or calling is too much when you are only 6 weeks into the relationship?
