I have been dating this guy for about 6 weeks, we arent official yet...but getting along great. We talk or text at least once a day and see one another 1-2 times a week...We tend to talk on the phone for extended periods of time, last night we talked for 2 hours. I know that if a guy didnt want to talk he just wouldnt, right? I know he is interested in me, but is it a good sign if he stays on the phone with me late at night talking about nothing? How much talking or calling is too much when you are only 6 weeks into the relationship?

My question is, are you having a two way conversation during those two hour calls? I have known girls that get on the phone and talk constantly and being the polite person i am will not force the end of the conversation.
If you both are having a good two way conversation then you are definetly on the way to something good. Make sure that ya'll discuss inner feelings and likes / dislikes as well during these talks. You will be amazed at close you can get by talking. Also, is there a way you and he can go for a walk somewhere and enjoy the same talks. If you can do it face to face as well as you can on the phone that makes it even better.

Don't worry about it. He will tell you if he wants to stop, or he will be mysteriously unavailable. Early in a relationship, you are both very much in love and want to spend as much time as possible with each other. It's everybody's dream that the same feeling stays with you for the rest of your life.

Relax my dear.......if anything you are talking less than most new couples, i remember one guy i was dating(my first love) we used to send dozens of texts a day and still talk for afew hours in the evening!......its called love. Even when i was living with this person we would text up to 10times a day....just sendin silly messages.....lines of poetry.....etc
Enjoy it.......oh and meet up more times during the week......a girl needs some attention!

Cherish the 'nothing talks' and be his friend and try to make him sure of your loyalty as a close one and then TALK about it.
He will be soo happy when HE can sense the loyalty and you would get it back.
Are you kids? 6 weeks and no....Yes It must be in US.

I think you should get on as soon as possible. You like him and he likes you, don’t spend your time talking ****. If you get closer then there will bee more things to talk about.
