is it harder for the non-believer to use yahoo! answers, since they must SUBMIT.

the reason i ask this, is to see the initial reaction of those who do not believe. i gave up my five points to see how much "hate" this would generate.

submission to God is my choice. i made it based on my study of history and archeology that support the characters and societies in the bible.

there is so much proof of the existence of Jesus, moses, king david, king saul, king soloman, the pharohs and even the ceasars in the bible and "local" historical documents.

the only thing that cannot be proved on paper, is the divinity of God and Christ.

it is are easier for me to take Their existence and love by faith, than to believe that a lizard egg hatched a chicken.

Nice play on words. If you're interested in past studies of early christians you might be interested in the articles and forum on the site below. The forum is really active with serious discussions about theology if you're interested. OK so it has a particular religious affiliation, but the people on there are pretty open-minded.

And no, the site is not about nachos

... SUBMIT

I will submit knowingly and in good conscience to a higher power that speaks in voice of love, and I believe we receive subtle messages all the time. I will never submit my will to another person's idea or translation of that higher power (this includes blindly following religious texts). I will continue to choose what is rigth or wrong for myself, and be responsible for my own actions. I believe in a higher power but am skeptical of anyone who claims to know the "Truth". It must resonate within me to be true. And believe me Truth does not lead me in a path of either self-interest or least resistance. I set out every day to be the best human being I can be, and it is a tough path.

If you consider me to be an unbeliever for my unwillingness to submit to another human being's standards, it is your own problem. I have no problem either submitting answers or questions in this forum, to answer your first question. I try to submit questions worth answering and answers worth reading.

I love that you mentioned studying archaeology and history to help your belief and submission to God, that's something I've done as well, in high school and the small bit of college I went to. Interesting question :)

No. On the contrary its much more easy to submit ro something clear and obvious rather than submitting to something abstract and obsolete which exist becuase more people are not courageous to live on their own and seek a crutch

You are on the right track! Submission is something WE CHOOSE to do. It is the freedom of choice to put yourself aside and follow the directives of another. You give up a liberty in favor of helping another. THAT is submission......spread the word!

I think you serve God best when you serve your fellow man. YH Answers can be one way, if you try to actually answer questions and don't just try further your own agenda. I am not saying that you are just furthering your own agenda, I am talking about me.

Not at all! I just try to think of submission in the sexual sense, and then it's all good.
