Interesting question! When I first read it I thought... how rude!, but the more I think about it...the more I like it. Your answer is YES! Not only does that conclude the dispute on His gender (a ridiculous assumption that He's a woman!) it also addresses how tough He is. Well...there is no other more tough and rugged than He. There also is no other that loves like He does which took incredible "balls as you put it" to be beaten, crucified, and die...then decend into hell and ascend 3 days later in victory over sin and over Satan! There are so many degrees and levels to the answering of this question that I am pleased to say I could not even attempt to list them!

Depends, if you believe he takes the form of man, then I's sure he does have balls. For all you know he could be female. anyway, they've always said that god is more of a spirit, capable of taking any form. we just traditionally think of him as a man so that we could better relate to him, and of course, to humans, he takes the form of a male, since before the start of time, men have tried to dominate everything so it follows that when they created a being, be it real or imagined, they'd fashion it after their own image... heheheh

If by balls you mean physical, no. God is not a physical being.

Of course not! First off God is not generalized as man or woman, and it is a higher power, not a human being.
Also the creation of life (sex), according to the bible is wrong, and so why would he keep a pair of testicles he is never going to use?
