Well - you could always try fasting for a day or two (this works best for me on weekends). You can do any kind of fast that you want - no food at all, and only fruit and veggie juice and water - nothing but fruits and veggies, no breads and starchy carbs - no junk foods or drinks. It really depends on what your "problem" area is. Personally, I like just doing the fruits and veggie juices and water for two days.
I always found that it was impossible, or at least about 1000 times harder to exercise if I wasn't eating right - I needed lots of protein, and fruits and veggies, and very little starchy carbs and pretty much no sugar at all. For me, once I was eating better, I actually had the ENERGY to work out!

There are DETOX pills you can find in health food stores over-the-counter, BUT I do not think it is as healthy as teaching yourself to eat properly and begin excercising, even if it is only walking. My suggestion OVER the detox pills is...Drink large amouts of water, BUT no more than 120 ounces, otherwise you will flush the good bacteria your kidneys need. Get a good multi-vitamin, and get ether a good B-12/B-6 combination shot or vitamins to boost your immune system. It will take a few weeks to detox your system completely, but be patient, you ate healthy before and felt good, so you know it may take time. Eat good, fresh, raw veggies, or salads wiith lean meats, and low-fat or Good Seasons dressing. Do NOT eat anything that is white in color after 4pm, this includes corn, starches are bad at night. If you need something sweet, here's a few recipes I got from a neurologist/weight management dr....
Chocolate Delight-1/2 cup of non-ft chocolate frozen yougurt topped w/2 TBSP Cool Whip & 1 TBSP chopped almonds
Strawberry Sorbet-1 cup of frozen strawberries,1 TBSP sugar, mix then chill in fridge for 2 hrs, take it out, add a small amount of lemon juice(let your taste buds decide how much is small), and puree in the blender. After it's pureed, place it in the freezer until you are ready to eat it.
I have tons of more recipes this doctor gave me, plus regular meal and dressing recipes as well, if you want them.

Buy every kind of fruit you can think of, chop them up, and blend them up in the blender with looooots of ice and a small amount of non-fat milk.
You can also add in some omega3, nordic naturals makes a liquid kind which has all the omega3's in it. Use 1/4th teaspoon of that per a blending.
Drink that up 2 or 3 times a day and you will feel soooooo good.

seem im particular if youve executed all that stuff and in ordinary words lost 4 pounds then youre not fat. seem do purely the workout youre doing and eat 3 healthful food an afternoon to maintain your metabolism up. And be affected individual, there is not any thanks to right now lose 30 pounds like you want, a minimum of it is going to take 6 weeks. To reduce weight you want a complete way of existence replace not purely a short replace, because you'll benefit all of it back. purely bear in mind 3 healthful food an afternoon of medium length, 2000 energy an afternoon, workout like youre doing and be affected individual. Youll like the outcomes

Good habits are the best answer. Make a plan and stick with it for 21 days. Research shows that this is the period of time it takes to develop new habits.

The motivation must come from that well you've been neglecting to tap that lies dormant within'. No on can help you with this but yourself.
