I have a great idea for a restaurant. It is very tasteful (in terms of food and ambiance) and it would sell a lot. The thing is, I don't have the funds or the intention to do it myself. How could I sell it to someone else? If I just tell someone, they can use it for free. If I don't, why would they pay? Would anyone be interested?

I have been in love 5 times. My first cheated on me numerous times but I shook that off and was able to love again. Number 2 got another girl pregnant and left me for her. We got back together and I forgave him. Then I caught him in bed with his babys mothers cousin. We got back together. I wrote him everyday when he got locked up when he got out I didnt feel the same. Love was lost.Number 3 got locked up to a life sentence because he was selling drugs but I wasnt aware.4 left me and went to Atlanta then came back and expected me to take him back. I heard a girl giving him oral sex over the phone. The 5th is my baby daddy. He didnt tell me he had a girlfriend and she and I were both pregnant until I was 6 months. Why cant I feel? Can I change this horrible streak of bad? I dont look for love it finds me and now I am afraid to show affection. My heart is cold. What should I do? I always resume my life but each time I try to love its not as strong as before. At this rate ALONE I WILL BE

I work in a construction office. Recently I was hired for a position that had not existed prior to my employment. My main job duties are Change Orders and Change Order follow up. The project engineer was resonsible for change orders, but was unable to keep up with the change orders after business started picking up. When I took over the Change Orders I discovered that the person before me had fallen months behind and following up was nonexistant.
Please tell me how you have logged your follow ups and tracked change order status. Also I would love to see sample "dialogue" or faxes/letters. How do you push without being too pushy and get results?
