It seems many who call themselves Christians today are some of the same people who embrace a lifestyle of banging random girls while single, and "commiting" themselves to one partner, only when in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. Marriage is not about sex anymore, it seems to have been reduced to a meaningless instituion.
The culture decided that sex is natural and therefore good, so it seems that in the name of this, it has been trivialised. How did that happen, and why do so many would be Christians feel that they know better than the wisdom of the ages much less what has been taught as the will of their God for 2 millinia.
And beside that, what happened to a lifetime commitment to One other person. To share sex with one other person in life, till death do you part? When did this cease to be important?

I met this Filipina through a Christian website, kinda like a dating site, but it can be used for fellowship, & friendship as well as dating. Anyway. We've been mailing each other back & forth & she notice that I used a word in Tagalog & offered to teach me her language. We are both Christians & our friendship is just starting, since we met a few weeks ago. She lives in Manila & I live in Hawaii. Do you think something will develop more than friendship?

I think these people are very mis informed. Cats do too bond with their owners, at least mine do. They are always so excited to see me come home, sleep with me follow me.....etc. I had dogs my whole life and when my home burned down and I lost my dog it broke my heart. So....I decided to get a cat, which turned out to be three cats by the way, LOL for a little change and because they are supposed to be more independent than dogs and less work. Plus the fact that I dont think I could ever except another dog again and I thought that I wouldnt get too attached to the cats because they are so independent. You see I was mis informed too. In about a month I fell in love with my cats and eventually adopted a third one (a small kitten) and now I couldnt live without them. They won me over and over again. So...Im just curious as to why people believe that cats do not bond. I believe that all pets no matter what they are bond with their owners.

I was with a guy for 41/2 years and he broke up with im not goin 2 get in2 it but he broke my heart. I never thought i could move on. Finally,i met some1 else & we have been dating for 4 mnths & of course it was great in the beginning then things started gettin shaky bc he doesnt call or i should say give me enuff attention i deserve. I do everything wit him but i will not kiss him ya i kno dont ask im just scared! Now this is retarted but im pregnant & we never kissed. He wants the abortion for good reasons & so do i but another part of me is scared to have it bc of my future i dont want nothin 2 go wrong & i dont want 2 live with the guilt.My other problems that ive been dealin wit on top of bein preg. is my dad hes been in ny 4 almost 3 mnths bc he has colone cancer that hes been fightin for yrs & i jus want him 2 come home. & my bestfriend just moved out of jersey & went to georgia wit her mom which she is preg. a week ahead of me so its weird. Everything is changing.

I am an ILO (independent loan officer) Basically I run my own business under a companies license and name, but i recieve a w-2 at the end of the year for taxes. Being that I am independent i pay for all advertising, business expenses, mileage to meet with customers and so forth, just like a regular business. I have heard that you can not right off expenses though because i am a w-2 employee like you can if you acutually opperate under your own business lic, name, and tax number. What should I be prepaired for in April 07!

This morning, as I was preparing to leave home, I found a dent in my street-parked car. There was a note on the car telling me the license number of an "old woman" who hit my car and then drove off. I reported the incident to the police, and later went back home. On a hunch, I thought I would drive up and down the street just to see if the offending license tag was around. Turns out, the car was parked on my street!!! I checked out the car to see if there was evidence of the collision, but by the looks of things, this person has a hobby of hitting parked cars (the passenger side is much more damaged than the rest of the car). I am not sure if I can prove that this is the person that hit my car, though. What should I do?
