No , age does not matter when you are in love. You two are only 3 years apart in age. I believe that no matter what if you two are in love age shouldn't be a factor. I speak from experience. I am currently married to a man 30 years older than me. I am 33 years old and my husband is 63 years old (until October). When I first met my husband I was 19. I married him the first time when I was 21 and he was 51. When I re-married my husband 4 years ago this Oct 2nd, I was 28 years old.

Why would it be? He should be mature enough by now. Im 19 and have a crush on the neighbor that happens to be 42! Now that could be a problem, and I still dont know what to do about it yet.

That's no problem at all. I'm 32 and my fiancée is 20. We've been together for two years and had no major problems, issues, or arguments.
Age is in the eye of the beholder. If you and he don't care, it doesn't matter.

No. Girls mature faster than boys, but 3 years is ok. as long as the two of you share common interests and love each other who cares what others think. I know a couple where she is 48 and he is 27. They are very happy.

At the end of the day age is nothing but a number so dont worry about it as long as the two of you are clicking

It is OK IF YOU ARE NOT BEHAVING like a professor in college with him and maintaining your charm as a young, jovial partner .
