Look at it this way. Smoking marijuana is like banging your head on something. Would you ask the question, "I hit my head in the shower a year ago and it left a knot on my head, am I permanently damaged?". Of course not, eventually the effects go away, but if you continue over a long period of time to hit your head, you will eventually damage your brain. Some drugs leave traces in your hair and fingernails after you've used it, but only long enough for it to grow out and get cut. If you haven't cut your hair in a year's time, that might be the only way I can think of that anyone could tell...and I'm not even sure that works with marijuana.

Not in the slightest, only long term smokers take damage to the nervous sistem the medula ablongata and to their hand eye cordination. Also the smoke can cause cancer, thats why I eat mine in brownies.

The only thing that is left,is the memory.Marijuana is mentally addictive, thats all.Thank God You quit! It will lead to other things so be thankful, despite what peers may say,I know this from years of addiction, and wish I had never tried it.It was the first drug I ever used.GOD BLESS!!
