Whose side is the far Left Wing Liberal ACLU supporting Democrats on anyway? And what version of the US Constitution do they adhere to?

Article Three of the U.S. Constitution defines treason as, "Levying war against the United States or "in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort," and requires the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act or a confession in open court for conviction. Depending on the circumstances, treason is punishable by death or imprisonment of not less than five years and a fine of no less than $10,000. A treason conviction also precludes one from ever holding public office".

Ok. my pimple thingy turned into a scab, and it won't heal or anything. its just there being a scabby self. i can't put medicine on a scab, or can I?? i want it to go away, because when i cover it with concealer, you can still see it, it's huge!! and teh concealer makes the scab peel, so i peel it and it starts a new cycle again.and the scba just won't go away! how long will it stay there??a dn is there anywya to treat it??

I purchased a 1970 mustang fastback on e-bay. the seller stated
that the car was close to show condition. When the car arrived
here in San Diego it didn't run. The lady at the shipping company
noted the problem and I had a friend bring his trailer when we
picked the car up. The car was shipped via a commercial shipper
the car was loaded on the hauler and was never taken off until
it arrived here in San Diego. I called the seller who stated that
the car ran fine when he took it to the shipper but he did state that
they took it there via trailer. I had a profesional shop check the
engine and they found out that the cam had three flat lobes. It
cost me $2,350.00 to have the engine removed cleaned bearing
replaced cam replaced and the engine put back in the car.
Unfortunately four months have gone by. I have been very ill and
the auto shop didn't get the job done in a timely maner.

a. is there any recourse to get my money back for the repair.

A couple years ago, I didn't invite the ex-girlfriend (I'll call her HT) of one of my closest friends to my graduation party. I had known her before they started dating, and had been friendly to her all the time, even after they broke up. But I had never known her too well.

Well, she found out that I had a college graduation party (a lot of people came), and expressed that she was unhappy that I didn't invite her. I don't blame her, but my friend (her ex) was going to be there, along with his new girlfriend. I had heard from many different people that his old ex, HT, was really jealous. She would still call my friend and leave strange messages for him.

I didn't want to make my friend uncomfortable nor anyone else at the party, so I chose not to invite HT. If they had resolved things amicably, I would have invited her, but my friends come before acquaintances.

I recently remembered this when I heard that she has been having some problems. Was I wrong not to invite her?

Ok, here it is... Say you go to the bank and see a girl you like working there, you want to talk to her but obviously can not while she is working in this situation, so how do you approach her about talking later, etc... Also, you've made eye contact twice and she smiled both times, so it appears she may be interested... my wife and I decided to try a threesome sometime ago like almost 2 years ago. Even though we both agreed on it it caused some problems. We recently split in feb for 4-6wks then we split up just 1 week ago. we have 6 kids total 2 together she had 4 before.they all consider me dad. I can't even begin to tell u the means she used to split up. well she uses everything as a excuse as to why we split but finally i got it out of her that the 3some really got 2 her. she wishes she could take a pill 2 forget.
