My parents DEMAND that me and my sisters open at least 1 on Christmas Eve. The rest on Christmas Day...

Technically we open gifts on Christmas Day because we always have parties on Christmas Eve. Right when it turns 12 o'clock Christmas Day, we start opening presents. But we only open a few and the rest we open in the morning after some sleep.

I ask permission to open the most mysterious one on Christmas Eve and the rest on Christmas morning. If it's the joke gift for the season I am allowed to open it if friends are over on Christmas Eve.

We open on Christmas Eve--that's when my family gets together. Then on Christmas Day, my brothers go to their in-laws to celebrate. That's how we do it.

Well as our family tradition goes...One present usually the smaller one you get to open on Christmas eve. Then it gives you the rest of the night to ponder on christmas morning gifts.

Well theres been years where my family and I cant wait, so we open them on Christmas Eve. Or at 12:00am, which makes it Christmas Day.
