of course it is, if for example im paraniod and i think someone is after me and per chance there might be it dosent change the fact that im deffing and acting paraniod becouse ive smoked too much weed

Whether or not someone is really after you, paranoia is a psychotic disorder characterized by delusions. Paranoia is irrational. Fear of something real is rational. The two cross over a bit when, for example, someone has a spider crawl on them, slaps it off, and then keeps feeling like spiders are still on them.

Well if someone if really after your butt rather it be a dwarf or whoever then when your right your your right! No. It's not Paranoia to think someone is after you if they really are. Yes it is Paranoia to think Dwarfs are after you or anyone else!

i dont think so not really. i think that it is only paranoia if you become obsessed with the fact that they are after you. If you like, eh, there after me whatever not paranoid, but if your like they are after me, they are going to get me every two minute or so then you are paranoid.

If you can identify who" they are" and it isn't any of SNOW WHITE'S little friends then no it isn't paranoia it may be good old fashioned reality of imminent death!

if you are minding your own business and should happen to notice that men in suits are following you or men in SWAT gear are shooting at you, then "they" really are after you. that is not paranoia, that is obvious.
