I just held my breath for the longest time yet, 3min 6sec. What is the best way to improve time and are there any negative effects in training to hold your breath

Lately, I don't have much tolerance for anything sappy like "love" or "faith" I'm definately not depressed, I actually feel pretty happy, I just don't want to hear sappy stories from people that are really deeply in love with someone or with God. I'm not saying I want to become an atheist or that I never want to get married, I just feel pretty sick of the concept of "love."

In the ninth chapter of the book of Revelation, verses 17 through 18 it refers to the fourth rider of Apocalypse on a horse with a breastplate emblazoned with gem stones red as fire, yellow as sulphur, and blue as sapphire. The Hyacinth stamp has three hyacinths, red, yellow and blue. The flag of Imperial China had the colors red, yellow and blue. What other countries have a flag with those exclusive colors?

This takes absolutely no account that every woman is different. Surely not every woman witll be 5 inches bigger around her rib cage, than her under bust measurement. I am only about 2-3 inches bigger as my rib cage does not expand that much. Because of these inaccurate guides, I was wearing the wrong bra size for years.

ok first off im gonna use fake names, for privacy reasons.

Ok first im gonna say, Ben, Andra, matt, and myself are all friends with each other

My Friend ben is dating this girl andra, and andra has been wanting to break up with him for a little while now.

well today i found out that andra and matt apparently screwed last night. and i cant understand why. ben is a good guy, he may not be as good looking as matt, but still wtf? Who deserves to get cheated on.

On the other hand, i have been friends with matt for 8 years, and is like a brother to me. idk if he was thinking with his dick or what.

This really makes me think of andra and matt as terrible people, cause i have high morals. ( even low moral people should still thinks its just awful. )

Should i tell ben? or keep it to myself. Ben dosent know yet, and idk if matt or andra is gonna tell him. And how can i get over feeling that matt is a Terrible person? Cause i still think of his as like a brother and best friend

apparently, christianity is the history religion of choice when it comes to racist interpretations:

1. curse of canaan slander against blacks used to justify slavery- unacceptable now, but popular at the time like the pro-israel theory is now

2.jews=christ killers slander- led to unimaginable tragedies across europe, culminating in holocaust- again, unthinkable now- the ignorant masses ate it up back then as part of "christianity"

3.now we have "god will bless those who bless israel!!11!". do you realize how retarded this is?? it is a country, made up of mere humans- how can anyone support a country unconditionally? even if the country begins eating children as ritual, still support it anyway? even if this nation steals, murders, etc still support it? yeah, clearly that is the purpose of a religion- to promote BLIND NATIONALISM.

I had some dental work done and paid off all balances right at the dentist office. The staement showed a balance of $0.
I just received a bill from the dentist, six month after that work was done, claiming that I owe them money, and that the bill is past due. Even though this is the first letter I received from them!
I moved out of state 2 months ago and also changed insurance since I have a new employer. Can they still come after me?
