Hexakosioihexekontahexa phobia is the fear of the number 666 . I don't have it personally but I know a few that do. So I was just wondering how others cope with it.

When I used to work in retail I saw it a lot. If a customer's order rang up to $6.66 they would insist upon adding an extra item before completing the sale. It was totally strange.
I'd throw on a small ticket item just to make them happy, but I'd still roll my eyes when my back was turned.
