For last month i only had 1& half day of period while for others months my period is relatively short & not heavy compared to others, 2-3 days is the maximum. so i am worrying that i has some problems since i am planning to get pregnant soon. DO u suggest me to try to get pregrant & only seek medical advice if i fail to conceive , or i should go for a checking before i try. i worry that even i conceive, my oval is not health & it will affect my baby's health, am i worry too much, is it make sense? is there any relation between period & the oval quality? am i thinking too much, i feel pressure all these days thinking of this, i believe if the mother is in good health, then the baby will be in good condition

I've been getting head achs and dizzy lately, which could be tottaly unrelated. But having the right amount of protein is important anyway. Does anyone know how to calculate the right amount of protein in your diet? or a website that does it for you? I am going to go to a nutritionist, just not right away.

I have a 2002 Whirlpool top freezer refrigerator. It doesn't get cold enough to freeze anything, freezer may hit 30 degrees tops. I have changed the defrost thermostat, and cleaned the condenser coils, I have also checked the defrost timer and it is working fine. The damn thing is only 4 years old so the compression pump and refrigerent should still be ok. I can't afford $180 bucks to have a service man look at it and I'm really getting frustrated. Can you help?

And I notice that my mom is closer to my sister and her kids than she is to me. I get kind of upset about it because they seem to have a bond that I wish I could have sometimes. They make it seem like it's supernatural but i know it is just because they live so close and spend so much time together.
