Being kinda large myself, dieting is like riding a roller coaster. You have looses and then gains. The only way to really loose weight, is to cut out all the fried foods, cut out starches like potatoes, and increase your exercise.
You have to burn calories and reduce what you take in. Many fad diets can help you lose weight, but then you gain it back and then some. Dont be a yo yo, if you really want to lose that weight, eat right, walk and exercise more, and drink plenty of water.

You can not healthily loose 20 pounds in one month. You can jump start your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day and excercising everyday. Drink 100 oz. of water and no other type of fluids a day.

That is very hard to do, but you can probably lose 10 to 15 safely. Don't risk your health. Lots of vegetables and whole grains, some fruit, lean protein, low or no fat dairy, 6 glasses of water per day. Aerobic exercise to burn fat. Good luck and stay healthy.

The only way you can put on weight is by eating more calories than you use up. Don't diet, it begins the yo-yo effect. Merely cut out eating between meals. Eat sensibly day by day and you will definitely lose weight over time. Crash dieting is futile and not recommended.............
