I am getting a chihuahua in the winter with my allowance, b-day, christmas, and "tooth fairy" money. So, I am going to be it's primary and only caregiver. My sister wants to play with it when I get it, but we read that whoever spends more time with it, it will protect from other people. And, I am going to buy it with my own money, so I told her it might bite her? But I am going to spend so much time with it and stuff, so yeah. What should I do. And please do not say " Get a different kind of dog. "

When I open a file in Excel and then close it without saving the date modified keeps the date that I opened the file and does no revert back to the previous date. I do not want it to do this, I want it to recognize I did not save the file and keep the original date modified in the file properties.

I had a cold sore almost 2 monthes ago, i never picked at it and just put medicine on it for it to go away, and i did some swimming during the time and my cold sore scab fell off a couple times and then came back and then i kept putting medicine on it and then it went away completely. But you can still see a little red mark there, like a little red circle, and you have to look up close to see it, but i heard that new skin is forming there and that it takes a while, is this true and will it go away?

did you hear about the 16 year old with cancer? it was considered very treatable in the early stages, but after the first round of chemo the teen opted for an alternative therapy which includes suppliments banned in the U.S. he had to go to court because the parents were turned in for neglect for not treating the cancer, at first the courts ruled he had to undergo chemotherapy. do you think a 16 year old has the right to refuse conventional cancer therapy? or refuse treatment altogether?

I recently bought a brand new luxury condo that's over 1,000 square feet in a major city. I was relocated with work and this potential home is now an investment property. There hasn't been much interest to rent, and now we have a tenant ready to move ASAP. Here's the catch: the tenant has a cat. I'm worried the cat will beat up the condo over time even if it's de-clawed. There is carpet in the bedrooms and high end finishes throughout. I'm unsure if it's worth the risk.
