Do people get any less tanned when it's a cool day outside? Like today is 75 degees, will I get less tanned when I'm outside vs. when it's 100 degrees outside? Or does it not matter what the temp is, just matters how much the sun is out?

He sometimes tells me that I'm great, and that he enjoys talking to me. We get on very well. We laugh a lot together, and have various in-jokes. We tend to think in the same way, and often say things the other was about to say. We're friends, but I can't tell if he likes me as more than a friend. He's a few years older than me, and he says he's shy and he doesn't meet many women in his normal life. I once told him that no one ever likes me as more than a friend and he said 'I'm sure there are those who care deeply but don't express it'. How much should I read into that? He's the sort of person who everyone gets on well with, and he has lots of friends, but I think he talks to me more than a lot of those, and we have more deep and meaningful conversations! I don't live near him, so I usually talk to him on MSN messenger. We talk on MSN quite a lot. Short of asking him (which I don't have the confidence to do), how can I tell what he thinks of me?

I recently helped produce 2 shows on a traditional radio station that also simultaneously broadcast on the internet and uploaded both shows as on-demand internet podcasts at http://www.kcaaradio.com/special.html . Where can I find more stations where I can do the same thing on a limited budget or free? I want to produce more shows & to reach both people who don't have internet & those who do. I dislike what is going on in my city. The only problem I see for me is my age (19) and the fact I have very little money. I am upset that Crime is up, as well as taxes. I watch all the town meetings since I was 16. I see where the money is going and I am not happy. The school board takes more money then it needs. For example when they fire some one or some one quits, they budget the lost person plus there replacement and get a figure that is way too high. Most of the teachers are out of towners that demand higher pay. They complain how cheep the taxpayers are. We have a high refugee rate as well. We have little resources going to them. I am an Independent; I think I can get enough press on my own because I am so young. Would you vote for me?

My husband and I are moving from the north east to the west coast. We are going to take a uhaul to transport our things. THe only thing is I have a car that has 100,000 miles on it. The car is in good condition. Do you think it would be a good idea to drive the car behind the uhaul my husband would be driving? Or do you think it would be a good idea to hitch the car on the moving truck>

I am a little nervous about driving a trailer with a UHaul, but are there any ways to have the car and the uhaul on the same truck without a trialer?

Or should I ship the car down sepaeratly and drive the Uhaul with my husband?
