I'm a Bio Major and I'll be transfering this Spring to whichever school that accepts me....however I really wanna get into one of the UC's .... but if I didn't, I'd go to a CSU...is that gonna matter when it comes to finding a job? are there more job opportunities for UC graduates?

I'm asian with really straight hair. Everytime I curl my hair, it gets straight in a couple of hours. I tried putting hairspray after I curled it, but it falls straight also. I know that I wouldn't be able curl my hair on rainy days or days with high humidity, but how do I keep my hair curly on regular days? I hate flat hair, so boring. Also I spend half and hour to an hour curling my hair, what a waste of time if it doesn't stay.

I will be a freshman in the fall semester, and I was wondering whether I should buy my books early or wait until I get the syllabus from the professor? I don't really know what books I need either, but I do have my schedule made and there was a bookstore that said they could give me my books if i showed them my schedule. I've asked alot of different people and they all had different answers so i'm still not sure what to do. Please help!

Hi I'm a college student. I need your help, I don't know whether I should sue Burger King for the reason that I always used to go to buy some of those new chicken fries they have but ever since 5 days ago this old dude, who also goes to Burger King everyday at the same time as me, also buys Chicken Fries! Then when I want to order after him they tell me that they ran out of Chicken fries. What the heck? Should I sue Burger King? =/ How is it that they have Chicken Fries for him but when I walk in the store they automatically run out of chicken fries.

i had used partition magic programme to join two partiotions in my hard drive , but the original contents cannot be seen or accessed. the hard drive information shows that there are contents in it but when i open the drive i can't see anything. i have tried using system recovery and changing drive letters and everything but still i can't mange to get the contents, can anyone help me witht the problem ,please?

Then why are there so few legal ways to accumulate large sums of money very quickly? Yet so many illegal ways that it's gotten so bad that people have actually resorted to scamming, ripping off robbing, backstabbing and double crossing other people in so many different ways shapes and forms for money that now it's hard to tell who we can or can't trust anymore?

I'm a new step dad to a wonderful 7 year old girl!! But..Im really new at this...with school about to start where is a good place to bring her school shopping for clothes? Her bio dad brings her to W-Mart but the clothes just look....bad. He seems to buy dollar rack sweatpant type clothes that just makes my skin crawl!
