Hi I'm a college student. I need your help, I don't know whether I should sue Burger King for the reason that I always used to go to buy some of those new chicken fries they have but ever since 5 days ago this old dude, who also goes to Burger King everyday at the same time as me, also buys Chicken Fries! Then when I want to order after him they tell me that they ran out of Chicken fries. What the heck? Should I sue Burger King? =/ How is it that they have Chicken Fries for him but when I walk in the store they automatically run out of chicken fries.

Next time just put your finger in your pocket, tell them it's a gun, and make yourself up a cool line something to this effect:

"IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME MY [expletive] CHICKEN [expletive] FRIES RIGHT [expletive] NOW I WILL SHOOT YOU IN THE [expletive] FACE BURGER BOY! DO IT NOW!"

Persist until your wish for chicken fries is granted.

Then you will get to eat chicken fingers on Thursdays for free (in prison). They're no chicken fries, but hey, they're free.

sueing is a little overboard. you would probably lose the case anyways against such a big place as burger king. it would be thrown out. if you are really that bothered-
then request to speak to a supervisor or manager after they tell you they are out.
tell them its false advertisement to say they have the chicken fries if they really dont. and that you'll call and complain to corporate office if they dont put up a sign or order more in stock. Also tell them you saw them give them to the other person and its stupid that you want a free something or other. complain- theyll do something...hopefully just not spit in ur food.

you can't sue becaus they ran out of some thing you nuckel head.
now if they refused to serve you for the way you looked or your rase that's diffrent.
This is why the cort system is so messed up people sueing over stupid crap just walk down the street to kfc now if they run out of chicken you may have a case.

I think you should sue them. Why not spend a few thousand dollars to assert your rights to chicken fingers?

You are wasting your time and money. I am reluctant to say it but your perceived wrong is very, very trivial. I'm sure that if you consulted an attorney (ex$pen$ive) he would tell you not to waste your time as it would more than likely be thrown out of court.

You can't sue them over that. It doesn't even make sense.
