Coffee, if your stomach can handle it. I was a dancer and often had to lose weight or I wouldn't have a job. The same for my sister who modeled. Coffee, has a large dose of caffine, which act as stimulant. Drink as much of it as you can with splenda and skim milk. Eliminate all meat out of your diet for at least 2-3 weeks, and when you do go back to meat, eat only fish and chicken. Eliminate all sugar(no Sugar!!!!!!!!). Try not to stay still at all, even if you're watching t.v., standup or lean against a wall. I promise you can lose 20lbs in about a month,BUT BUT BUT be careful not to gorge or let yourself get too hungry,because you will gain weight like crazy. G'luck and be safe

Weight loss drugs are the worst idea anyone could possibly have.... they will mess with your heart and the rest of your body.... if you want to lose weight eat better and exercise... that is the only healthy way, period.

weight loss drugs period are not good for u.. they could hurt u in many different ways.. and lemme ask you this, what would you be more proud of? losing weight the easy or hard way? the easy way will just give it a higher chance of coming bak, diet and excersize boosts up your metabolism, which makes it easier in the near future to loose wieght..

I beleive its called a "balanced diet and exercie".
Can be found in most supermarkets and local leisure centres. I'm surprised you havent heard of it.
All the people who are of a normal weight have for some insanely strange reason....

you can only loose weight if you commit to working out--no drugs can help you & they might hurt you --start walking 30minutes a day -or to loose more calories you might want to walk for 5 and run for 3 do it in 3 intervals
