I am 18, 5'2 and about 100 pounds. Friends at high school used to call me a stick/pencil/toothpick/anything else, but at the same time, many were simply jealous too. Be appreciative of your fast metabolism! What you need to do to get some shape though like I've done is to build muscle!

Take a karate class, or buy weights or a punching bag. Start building muscles in your arms and legs. Don't listen to anyone who simply says 'Eat More!'. This is very, very wrong. Eating more than you want to eat will simply give you more FAT. You don't want fat -- you want muscle.

But as I said in the beginning, depending on how old you are, you will eventually have a fuller figure at an older age (look at Tyra Banks!).

If you are truly self concious about it, make sure your clothes flatter your body. Buy tops that flare, for example.

I am proud of my thin frame, and by participating in a martial arts class, I've gained a lot of muscle and people have stopped calling me sticks.
