For a long time white women were taboo to black men, at least that was the mentality of the white men.

At least now social restraints have relaxed a bit such that that may not be the reason, but it is still a possibility with some black men.

It would be a sad situation if black men had come to think that black women weren't worthy of them. That would do a disservice to all black women wouldn't it.?

Perhaps it is time to take white women down from the pedestal they have been placed on?

The term "black" is to me puzzling. I see very few Americans of African ancestry who are truly black. Most of them are now what I consider to be a shade of brown. Trust me, if ever you meet someone from a true African country you will understand that a human can be truly black. My high school had an exchange student from Ethiopia. She was genuinely a black person. I was reminded of a bible text where one of the writers commented, "The sun has looked upon me, I am black." Her skin was the color of my dress shoes. I found it amazing. Even some of the "black" kids were intimidated by her. When I would sit and talk to her at lunch, other students who had never seen her would walk by and gawk in disbelief.

Black, red, white or yellow, if we get cut we bleed the some color. The skin is just a covering. It's what the mind holds that matters most.

Surfing the net is the best pastime one can ever develop, as internet has the most knowledge, a surfer will never have to wait for a answer.
