I'm looking to solve the problem of ineffecient company meetings through using software which will enable employees of my company to login to a secure site/server and submit questions that everyone else at in the company (who has a workstation) will have access to read and respond to? This "Yahoo - Ask" site is where I got the idea from, but I imagine that someone out there has developed a rendition of software specifically suited toward a corporate business environment with bells and whistles that I haven't yet imagined.
My question is "is anyone out there aware of a software that fits the above bill?"
OR
If you don't know of specific software, do you have a good direction to point me towards to find someone who may know?

Why does it my boyfriend see it as a pressure on him when....?
I tell him that I am afraid of loosing him if he goes to work abroad? He said he hasn't got the job yet and I already see it as a problem. He got upset with me because he thinks I want to influence his decision but that's not the case. I just worry about loosing him? Why do men see it so differently? He said that he regrets he told me all about it. I feel bad now. I never meant to come across as a selfish girlfriend but I wanted to find out if he actually considers me? He said I pressure him about it? I am 28. He is 26. We are both living in Europe in 2 different countries already. He would like to go to New York City just to work for a while to see how it is there like. I live alone in my country, he lives in his.. we visit each other once a month.Nothing is for sure but I have noticed that he talks about it a lot. He got angry with me last night for telling him that I worry about loosing him. What should I do now?

Is it asking too much to not want to "settle" for what will feel like a consolation prize especially if that prize may lie at least in part on co-dependence?
I try to explain that I'm not looking for "perfection", that's usually a pipe dream anyway, it's just that there are things (that I consider to be of the "non-superficial" variety) which I feel would compromise my personal standards and that's something that would make it hard to live with myself and therefore likely hard on the other person as well so I opt for limited or non-involvement with some people (including [if not especially...] some siblings).
So does that make me a bad person???
"I" don't think so, I just think it's my way of weeding the garden that is my life and freeing it from the bonds of an emotional oppression that would stifle, if not suffocate, that part of me that makes me what I am at my core.
It makes no sense to sow seeds of contention but rather to promote the growth of things more spiritual, ya think?
