A professional? (sorry, bad joke!)

A professional darkroom would be equipped with a dark light, and a safe light system for the entry door. It would have developing tanks and trays, plus running water, enlargers, print frames, tongs and squeegees, thermometers, chemicals and paper, a print dryer, and of course, all the chemicals needed for developing and printing.
Professional darkrooms aren't used that much since the advent of digital photography, whose needs are much simpler.

Well, in the 20th century they always included large plastic trays to put the enlargements in various chemical baths. Can't say about 21st century technology.
