Think about it! They:

ARE QUIET!
Don't leave big messes.
Don't have to be walked or excersized.
Can stay out in any season, rain or shine.
They eat grass and plants!
Won't run away (or if they get out of the backyard, they can't get far!)
Accesorize with any outdoor lanscaping, like rocks and shrubs.
Have no need to come indoors and probably don't want to.
They live forever if taken care of properly.
Won't attack you and the kids love em.
No toys to buy or special housing.

Hai hai, everyone knows that Tokyo is one of the world's most expensive cities, either first or second place depending on how its competitor London is doing.

But what if you live in a place like Chiba, Saitama, or Yokosuka and take the long commute to Tokyo every day?

What's the approximate cost of housing in these "satellite cities"? For instance, what's average rent for a 2LDK flat (around 60~65 sqm)? And what would be the selling price of such a flat?

How about, hmm, the price of...
- A bowl of nabeyaki udon at a restaurant in one of these cities?
- 6 pieces of salmon sashimi (sake-sashimi) at a restaurant?
- A box of 6 futomaki sushi at a *supermarket*?

And finally...
What's the cost of a JR monthly commuter pass from Chiba to Tokyo, Saitama to Tokyo, Yokosuka to Tokyo?

I'm a female to male transsexual, and a woman I was seeing who is a lesbian, decided to tell me she is seeing another woman, becuase as she said "I'm a lesbian, and I'm not attracted to men" This hurts SO much, because I really loved and cared about her. I "used" to be a lesbian I guess, although I've never used that label to identify myself. If I can't date lesbians and get them to accept me, then who will I ever date? I feel like a freak and that I'm unloveable. I'm really depressed. What should I do?

Where I state political incorrect facts (a hobby of mine - doesn't make an ignorant) there is a group of blonde (or brown) avatars wich state: "We are all humans", "There is no white or black, just different tan", "Don't judge them by their history" etc.

Buy pretty lacey bra's in many lovely colour's, fill them so the bosom is lifted up, pointed forward and pushed together to show cleavage, and then buy a blouse, keep the top three button's undone to display a cleavage and then get upset when we men have a look at it. There's a boy, Ben, in my class, and I'm going into grade 8 in Septemeber, by the way. Anyway, I like him, and we met in grade 6, and I really like him, and it seems like he likes me too. this is a serious question, I mean I have absolutly nothing against women or people of differnt ethnic origins but has there ever been a time when white males were suppressed by another race? given there was sevatude and serfdom and all that jazz but it was still with a white man in controll. I recently decided what to do with my life. i want to be a housewife but i know that if i should divorce i'm going to have to support myself and possibly my kids. so i decided I'd go to a university(at least try to get accepted) and major in business. I want to work in fashions but I doubt that'll happen. But i always figured while i have the degree i can get a job where I make alot of money that way we can have spending money and we'll live a good life but i recently got a tarot reading that was pretty accurate about everything else. Then they read my future. My greed and power hunger will cause great pain and anguish for those around me and only when i die in tragedy or failure will those around me be happy again. I knew that working in business id have to be a little machiavellian but could this mean affecting my children? If im always working and my children dont have me as a mother? I know I shouldnt listen to cards but even so. If i go the business route will my children suffer?
