Do women get upset about this?! How strange. If I dress up, I have no qualms about men having a look, in fact I would be put out if they didn't.
I don't like people to be rude to me though. Just because one is dressed nicely, it is not an automatic come on, an invitation to cop a feel or any such thing. It is important for men to know when they might be intimidating a lady. A gentleman should realise that women often feel vulnerable when there are men around because they are scared of potential rape. therefore a gentleman should give a lady space and be discreet. It's just polite.

Hilarity!
Guys, you know when you a walking by yourself and a group of girls all stare and whisper and you're not quite sure if it's cos' they think you are hot or cos' your zipper is undone? You know that shy or even intimidating feeling you get when they watch you walk away and you feel naked and just wish you could teleport yourself out of sight?
Now, imagine if you knew for 100% that your zipper was undone and they could see just that little bit more than you are comfortable with.
There's the answer why most girls get irritated.
And can I just add, sometimes you guys stare shamelessly even if the girl is fully clothed and while it's flattering, it can be too much and equal to very irritating and verging on disgusting.

They should not get upset, but rather they should be flattered. Every body is unique and men in general enjoy a woman's assets. To see a little cleavage, a nice bum in a pair of tight jeans or a nice pair of legs in a short skirt really brightens my day!

I don't get it either & I'm a woman! My sister gave my friend a really hard slap in the face one time & she didn't say why, when she went to do it again I grabbed her and demanded an explanation. She said he had been looking at her boobs but the top she was wearing left absolutely nothing to the imagination. People can't help but look when a nice looking woman is dressed like that. You wouldn't put items on display in a shop window & slap people for looking at them would you? She put her boobs on display, what did she expect?

very VERY good question. There are plenty of bras that lift and separate, and there are many ways of dressing that allow you to hide your boobs. When they are on display, don't be surprised when men look at them.
However I think the reason is that women are putting their 'goods' on diplay hoping to attract the right kind of attention, from a specific target demographic. If they don't like you looking, it's because you are not in their target demographic.

We don't mind if you look - it's when you don't look at the rest of us. Nothing more annoying than a guy staring down your blouse instead of looking you in the eye when he's talking to you.

not all girls do that.....some enjoy the attention..others tease.....and some dont know that its okay to let others know youve got boobs......it doesnt bother me when theyre hangin half outta my shirt when a guy looks but when a guy stares it irks me. same thing with the jeans i happen to like my *** and buy jeans that make it look hott......but of course im a tease....so all you get to do is look.

Because even though something's in a shop window, it doesn't mean u have to look at it (a metaphor, can u work it out?).
