You cant close your acount , but if you dont use it for some time they( yahoo ) will shut it, and about someone using you account , that is a no brainer. Change the Frigging Account IDIOT!

If it's someone you know, just tell them to quit using your account for questions.
If it's someone you don't know, get a new Yahoo account and delete everything you have in it ASAP.
