Learn to think positive:
I am thankful...
1. For the taxes that I pay because it means that I am employed.
2. For the mess to clean after a party because it means that I have been surrounded by friends.
3. For the clothes that fit a little too snug because it means I have
enough to eat.
4. For my shadow that watches me work because it means I am out in the sunshine.
5. For a floor that needs mopping, and windows that need cleaning because it means I have a home.
6. For all the complaining I hear about the government because it
means that we have freedom of speech.
7. For the parking spot I find at the far end of the parking lot
because it means I am capable of walking and that I have been blessed with transportation.

write a poem...or hop in the tub and soak with some candles...and think about everything...but think about the positive things. Go for a run...go to the gym...go shopping...or talk to someone about it...like me...i'm blue...so you can cheer me up too....

Do what u wanna do.. like turn on yr favorite radio station, put headphone on, lay down in the bed and close your eyes. sing along with singer if u in mood. Soon u will feel peace and fell asleep. when u wake up, u'll be okae. Maybe that's how i always do. for u find out your way wat u like to do.

do sport, unwind, visit places and friends, listen to music, paint, be creative, travel, sing your heart out, watch funny clips, just try to smile and rekindle all good memories you have, it will cheer you up! i gave quite an effort to answer you nice, pay me with some smile! kidding...just cheer up girl!
