Canada, it is the most accepting society. It will take years before the rest of the world catches up. Free healthcare for everyone and the most culturally diverse area in the world is southwestern Ontario.
The US is probably the least advanced. Too unaccepting of immigrants, gays and even evolution.

Depends what you are talking about. If you are talking technology America would be top in that list. But not top in the world. South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, are much further along technologically that the states are.
Some of the cities in the US are very advanced like Seattle, Portland, San Fransisco, but other cities in the US are almost considered third world areas.
Advancement is based more on localized areas.
Your question needs more detail to have an accurate answer.

certainly not england. in terms of technology, england is way behind the US and Canada. import tax is so high that it makes modern consumer electronics (modern in US, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan) unaffordable for most people. every 37 seconds a house is burgled in england. food is so bad and yet expensive, houses are small, people are backward (some still live in their glorious colonial history). having lived in england for a year, i wouldn't even say that they are a developed country.... in terms of culture, the english has no contemporary culture because it all comes from the USA. england is sinking because there are too many overweight people... their benefit system created a vibe of laziness, and did i mention there is no customer service whatsoever? everyone wears a sign that says "my life is so miserable" on their face.
england is not in the same league with countries like canada and/or usa... i don't think it even deserves to be categorized as a developed country.

None.
The most advanced societies were made extinct by the civilized white man's society.
Ex. Mayans, Incas, Aztec, Toltecs, Egyptians
No present civilization can construct a pyramid just like in Egypt or in Mexico despite the most modern technology.
Ever wonder about that?
Peace.

Certainly not the US--we kill innocent people everyday in the name of making the world a more peaceful place. We polute the air and water to make money. We don't provide decent medical care for millions of adults and children. We don't make sure every person is fed every day and housed every night. We promote the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. We don't treat our own people with dignity and respect.

Of those four, america. Canada brags about its healthcare system, but I understand that if you are past the average age of longevity, and you have a heart attack, they wont spend the money on you and will just let you die. Doesnt sound very humane....

They share everything as economics are pretty much global and not national any more.
