I have been studying this stupid manual...thay only tell you how to get to the features and not how to use them...Can anyone tell me how to use the iMelody feature and the voice dial feature?I thought that you were suppose to record somethind for the iMelody and use it as a ringtone but it didnt work.And i have no idea how to use the voice dial.I recorder the names but dont no how to work them.I need detailed intsructions...Best answer will (of cource)get 10 points so PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

i wonder how normal vaginal discharge looks like,i have it EVERY DAY,it's quite heavy,white,sticky,i DON'T have an itch due to it,i think the odour is normal,also,when having sex i feel it,it's uncomfortable,as if i don't feel a thing because of it and it remains on my boyfriend's penis..sorry..i know it's kinda disgusting..is it normal to have the discharge every single day??i mean my vagina is dripping white liquid all the time...i look forward to read your thoughts..

My boyfriend of almost 3 years has been suffering from anxiety lately and just began seeing a psychiatrist. I have always been the first person he would come to with problems and worries, and when he decided he needed professional help, it made me feel useless. I feel as though any advice I try to give him to make him feel better, he shrugs off and is relying on talking to his psychiatrist about it for a "professional opinion". I am a very compassionate person, so when he gets anxiety and is sad, I automatically want to help him, but it isn't good enough anymore. I just want to get over this and accept that he doesn't need my advice... does anyone have any suggestions on how I can deal with this? Thanks so much!

Im 17 years old and I've been cutting & doing other forms of self injury since I was 13 and I don't know how to stop. It's becoming very dangerous for me because I always seem to cut too deep. Only a few nights ago I almost bleed to death. I don't want my parents to find out cause it would freak them out too much, but all my friends who know want to tell them... I'm not sure how to go about getting the help I need. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could stop, or reduce the amount I cut?
