The best proof is personal experience. Get yourself a referral for a good hypnotherapist who specializes in past-life regression therapy. Then you can get glimpses of your former physical lifetimes as well as the Interlife in the Spirit or period in-between embodiment.
It also helps to know that reincarnation was a strong belief among early Christians. The reason why it isn't accepted among Christian fundamentalists today is because in the Sixth Century Emperor Justinian ordered all references to the doctrine of rebirth to be omitted from the Bible. Consequently, anyone who preached reincarnation faced governmental retaliation, i.e., incarceration and/or death.
(Of course, Christian fundamentalists are never taught this in church or in school and neither are their ministers.)
So reincarnationist thinking basically went underground in the West - with the exception of the Cathars or Cathari.
There are a number of excellent books on the subject, representing very good research, a couple of which are listed below.

I'm a big believer of re-incarnation... I always felt it was true, and after i read "many lives many masters" by Brian Weiss, I was totallly convinced...There are a lot of things that happen in our lives that we have no explanation for.. certain fears, passions, and deja-vu... Something like being scared of the dark could be from an event that occurred in a past-life, and we carry it over to our next life... If you want to learn more about it, read that book I mentioned... It's based off a true event...

Re-Incarnation
The one which you call death is, in fact, a new bginning of life. Death comes to the body alone but never to the soul. The soul never dies. Bound with its Actions or Karmas, it takes a form be it a human or animal.
Lord Sri Krishna says to the Great Warrior Arjuna:
"Arjuna, there was never a time when I was, or these kings wre, or you were not. Nor is it a fact that hereafter we all shall cease to be."
"As man casts off wornout clothes and takes on the ones which are new, likewaise the soul casting off wornout bodies enters into the new ones."
Believe it or not. Re-Incarnation is a truth.

I can. Why should i be me and you be you. When truely there is only one of us......... Our universe is of an inifinte Set. Why should ONe suffer a terrible life of suffering as many have and i live comfortably in the United States Of america. The real question is there justice in this Universe and if there is reincarnation makes it possible. IF the UNiverse never ends WHy should LIFE DO I REALLY ever die what is death anyway is it something... OR is it nothing is there nothing. I think try and disprove reincarnation. People dont beleive it because it was proposed by a religion they do not understand. SHould a Young CHild that dies at the age of 2 never have a real chance to understand what life is.

Have you ever met someone and felt an instant connection with them, more so, an inexplicable connection? Thats because you've met before.
Re-incarnation is linked with evolution. the reason that we keep learning and evolving is b/c everytime that we come back we take with us the knowledge from our past lives and we build upon it in this lifetime.
Plus, isnt it comforting to think that if we screw it up this time, we get another chance to come back and get things right?

No one can convince you. You have to come to the belief yourself, or not. No matter.
To me, it is no sillier a notion than to believe we are here only once. To me that is a pretty self important idea, causing people to take themselves way too seriously.
So, believe it or not.....it's not of great importance. Just make the most of this particular lifetime, that's the main thing.

The Laws of Physics say there is no "lost energy", kinectic energy, changes to friction changes to heat....
Spiritual energy must go somewhere, why not re-cycled?
