my puppy loves bitting things and wen he sees the leash he loses control and starts jumping trying to get it wat should i do

Try using a harness instead. It will be easier to teach him to walk too, and you wont be yanking him by the neck all the time. Some trainers use a thin pvc pipe over the leash. it keeps the leash straight, and if used with a harness should make it difficult for puppy to reach. Give your puppy treats for proper leash behavior.

Take him to obedience school, so YOU can learn the proper way to train him. Training is a bonding experience. Go to puppy school: you will not be sorry with your more obedient puppy.

why dont u try a harness it gose around him and he cant
see the leash because is on his back,well laying on his back.

maybe the leash is too tight

smack his nose and tell him no. most puppies dont like leashes at first.
