I can't decide whether to join a gym (my local one is £62 per month) or do the exercise dvd's I have a home to try to improve my fitness levels. I am very unfit having not exercised for 2 years (through laziness) but I don't know whether I will make the effort and go to the gym every day, its a lot of money to waste if I don't go. I need some advice based on experience

I used to be on a team in high school and am getting back into the pool again but want a little structure... I am looking for any kind of workout routines for the pool besides endless amounts of laps. Anyone have a favorite program they would like to share? I do all strokes and have kickboards, pull buoys, and paddles.

for the longest time i was always trim, thin & fit... yet in the past few months or so i've put on ALOT of weight!!! like i was 165ish now i'm between 206 & 217... most of the weight i have gained on purpose!! plus my fond love for sweets (which i binge on ALL the time) & my lack of exercise helps my "gaining" ;-)

anyway, i see my dr. soon & am worried. also, my all of my clothes have busted or are too tight it cuts my circulation. i am only 17 so i don't have any health effects besides my fair share of stretch marks on my inner thighs & side of my waist. yet, i just love the way my belly is so nice bein full & flabby!!!

i hope this is quite alright. becuz as i said i am perfectly content wit my weight... and plan to continue my weight gain!! becuz there is nothing better than flesh & folds on myself... or on another woman in my oppinion. so i hope to hear some invaluable insight on what you guyz think of this. for i'm not THAT overweight & i am quite attractive! peace erich ;-D

A person once said that if he commited a crime 10 years ago, he would still be punished now. He said that if you were an illgal, no matter what your status is now, you should be deported. Well by his logic then anyone still alive that has been alive since the 40's would be deported to. Not only would you deport the current illegals but those who through the last 6 decades or more, have come to the US illegally. Well i don't think many people would stand for this seeing how they would have to deport a lot of non hispanics, and that's just wrong isn't it?
