Soap + water+ a little scrubbing= clearing that smell right up.
Or, scented lotions.

You can actually buy one of those anti-stink soles which you can slip into your shoe... then it won't stinks because the material isn't smell absorbant.
Or you may try a foot deodarant. I've heard of one.

I hope it's not your middle leg then you have a problem. And if it's in a cast that's the reason why it smells.

just wash ur leg everytime after u go out and keep them clean; if it's still going on 'stinky', then I think u better go to see the doctor...

It must be coz of sweating, try to keep them dry,and when ever possible clean them... ur Feet.......I suppose
