Look in the board game section of your local retailers. Many game aisles have a ouija board with all needed parts.
Otherwise, any nice flat piece of board (wood or otherwise) and something that slides on that surface will work. Experiment.

They usually have them with the other board games in the toy department. Or go to an occult shop to get a fancy one.

Local toy store or magic shop.
You can make one from a scrabble board.. get letters and put onto a blank board. Then draw a "Yes", and "No" at the bottom.. get a pointer or rock or object and that's your board.
