me and my gf have been datn for 3 yrs now. but more than half of it has been long distance. when she lived here things were absolutly fantastic. about a year after she moved things were still great. and over the last year things have kinda went downhill and we are kinda growing away from each other. i cant see her because she says she wont have anytime to see me. everytime i talk about comming there she hangs up on me and gets all pissed off sooo what do i do about that? but she sure as hell has time to go see a movie with a guy and kiss his cheek cuz he asked her out.. wtf? so i cant do anything in person, but what can i do to make this relationship stronger like it use to be when she 1st moved away? i want to be close to her again and i dont want us to draw away from each other. so what kind of things can i do to make the relationship stronger and our love stronger?

ok i have a friend and we've been friends since kindergarden but he's just not fun to be around any more every time he comes over he breaks something or something goes missing he's immature very perverted so he's always making these nasty noises and a bunch of stupid crap like that and i dont want to talk to him because i know what he'll do he'll keep on asking me if he can come over or not and if i say no he'll ask again but i have to see him again because he has something of mine it really sucks what do i do

i had a dry ice bomb go off right by my ear and now it feels like its plugged. i didn't burst my ear drum because it didn't bleed and it doesn't hurt and i can still hear it just feels plugged up.

Ok, I have a friend that has been pretty horrible to me in the past. For example, she would make me buy her lunch everday or she would give me the silent treatment if i didn't. She also would get upset if I hung out with anyone but her and she would constantly make me feel like she is much more superior and more attractive than me which resulted in a loss of self esteem for me. She is great when she is a nice person but those times come rarely and thats why i hang out with her. I hope she will be the nice person i know she can be. Should I just stop talking to her? How do I distance myself from her so that it isn't so harsh? Also, she lives right near me and we have to see each other on the bus everyday so I don't want things to be awkward unless they have to. HELP!

Does it sicken you that a person convicted of stealing can get more time than someone who is convicted of molesting a child? It completely pisses me off. Where my sister lives... a person convicted of using drugs gets more prison time than someone convicted of rape... what is wrong with our legal system!!!?

I am forty, and up until recently never snored. About six months ago, I started snoring so bad I would wake myself up at times. Other times my wife would wake me up and tell me to roll over. Within the last month, I have started snoring even while laying on my side. Is this a sign of sleep apnia, or something worse?

Not so long ago, every one of us was expected to write well, know the proper spelling of words, do extensive research with these things called libraries, and do all of our math by hand. Not that I dislike technology, but are things like "spell check" and search engines making for lazier and less attentive students? I often proofread cover letters for recent graduates, and am amazed at how many of them rely on spellcheck even if it's wrong (ex: "sail" is spelled right, but writer actually meant to use "sale"). What do you think?
