i'll first go to the doctor than pray for God to cure me because God does his things at his own time and i wouldn't want to wait long for my disease to go away. God is Great though

Because, without the ultimate will of God, nothing will happen. Only if God decides that we are worthy of cure, He will allow the doctor to make that 'miracle' happen....
But of course...a prayer can't be wrong either... ;)

The reality is that you don't have to choose between one or the other. "Good Catholic Theology is always both...and..." God works miracles in many different ways, and to not go to the doctor is closing the door to the miracle of medical science. That's just plain rationality.
